Taylors and Company has reproduced the legendary 1860 Open-Top Late Model Conversion Revolver in .38 Special. This pistol features a 7-1/2″ barrel, Steel Army grip back strap and trigger and forged frame. This was not a conversion pistol but one of the first true cartridge revolvers. This was an entirely new model than pistols that had been conversions and Colt built them as an entirely new model than before. This pistol holds six rounds, weighs 2.51 lbs and has walnut grips.
